Welcome to the first issue of The Resource, our new Newsletter.  Our goal is to provide you with a source of information that is relevant, yet a quick-read.

While thinking about a topic for this issue, security kept coming to mind.  Don't ask why; I'm not really sure.  That doesn't make it any less important though.

Security Matters 

Undelivered email, slowed commerce, embarrassment; all of these can be the result of winding up on a Email Blacklist.  It can happen.  CSRI now offers a Blacklist Notification Service, read more about it.
